This first of the modern miracle medicines has been a mainstay in the treatment of joint pain ever since. Willow bark is a proven painkiller appropriate for colds, fevers, minor infections, headache, arthritis, and pain caused by inflammation.

It all starts by infusing the olive oil with herbal goodness in this salve that means Arnica and white willow bark. I infuse this oil for a minimum of 8 weeks before using it to make this balm.

When the infused oil is ready it is strained and warmed with Cocoa butter, coconut oil, and beeswax to make it solid. Then it is poured into 4 fl oz tins (minimum of 4 oz by weight) just for you.

So here is this very basic and all natural handcrafted lip balm. The color comes from alkanet root. Alkanet, a lovely garden flower, is not necessary in the lip balm, but adds a rich red color as well as its protective, emollient properties. No two batches are every quite the same in color depending on how long the alkanet infuses into the oil.

Rich in cherry flavor this balm is a bit darker than our pretty in pink.

Well anyone who has ever been bit by a fire ant before knows they bite and they HURT! Well he got bit 35 times on his arm that we could count it resulted in a visit to the emergency room and prescriptions for more creams and ointments than I care to have to use with my busy life and well not a one of them was natural and many had chemicals that we avoid. I put my herbalist hat on and thought back to some wisdom from Rosemary Gladstar and created this good for just about anything salve and gave it a funny name to make my boy smile and it stuck.

It all starts by infusing the olive oil with herbal goodness in this salve that means lemongrass, pennyroyal, fennel, bay, rosemary, lavender, cinnamon, clove & orange peel. I infuse this oil for a minimum of 6 weeks before using it to make a salve.

Natural deodorant balm back by request. This is one of those products that I was happily purchasing else where until the day I started reacting to baking soda. I've tried creams and powders but still it wasn't something I was happy with I wanted to be able to apply my deodorant without getting my hands dirty.

After many revisions and trials and changes and feedback I finally had a product I was happy with. More like a lotion bar with just enough arrowroot powder, cornstarch & baking soda to get the job done but not cause a reaction (trust me I'm overly sensitive to baking soda), then scented with a blend more suited towards the masculine.
