Lana Bella - Become a Retailer

Wholesale Minimums:There is a minimum purchase for first time wholesale orders of $200.00. This amount does not include shipping and handling costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. There is also a minimum of 3 units per scent/color/size combination. Subsequent order minimums are $100 but can be negotiable on a case by case basis. Purchase one case of an item (14 products of the same scent/color/size) and receive a complimentary full size “tester.” This is good for all products.

Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms & Options
At this time Lana Bella does not offer Net terms.

Payment for all orders is required in U.S. funds prior to shipment/delivery. We will accept credit cards, personal or business checks (10 day hold), cashier’s checks and money orders for US orders. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as SQ Lana Bella.
Shipping Options & Fees
Depending on the weight and/or size of the order different carriers may be used (USPS and Fedex are my preferred carriers) if you would like me to bill your carrier for shipping that can be arranged.

Since our products are handmade and as such will be delivered in the order that they are received, please allow a production time of 1-5 weeks when placing your order. If we become backordered, we will notify you. Please be aware that high production times such as the winter holiday season may delay production times-please plan and order early! Shipping & Handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Pick-Ups: Always welcome. Local Deliveries: Lana Bella will deliver orders within the Baltimore/D.C. area upon request. Orders within a 20mile radius will be made free of charge. Orders beyond a 20 mile radius will incur a $10 delivery fee. This will change once we relocate to Miami FL
Returns, Cancellations & Special Orders

Special Orders:
If you would like to purchase a loaf of soap of one of our regular fragrance options a 50% deposit will be due at the time of order. If you would like a custom fragrance or blend a 75% deposit will be due.If you chose to have your loaf uncut by me you will receive a 5% discount on the end total. 

Cancellations:You may cancel or make changes to any order you placed within 48 hours of ordering by sending an email to wholesale@lanabellasoap.com If an order is canceled prior to its completion (before it is shipped), the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of $99. Be aware that each item is handmade to order and a lot of time goes into the production of each order. The cancellation fee covers our production prior to your canceled order.

Returns: Due to the nature of the product and risk of contamination, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products. I have pages listing the ingredients I use so that you may be aware of any ingredients that may cause sensitivities. All of my products have labels listing every ingredient used. Please don’t hesitate to e-mail me with a request for information about the ingredients of a particular item. Feel free to contact me to order samples if you are unsure about any possible reactions.

Lana Bella stands behind it’s product 100% however because of the handmade nature of our products, and because every wholesale purchase is ‘made to order’ we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. A monetary refund will not be given. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Again, a monetary refund will not be given.

All sales final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what will sale in his/her store and you assume this responsibility when you place your order with Lana Bella No “Buy Backs” or Returns; All sales are final.

 

I am engaged in the business of selling the following type of tangible personal property*

I will resell the item(s) which I am purchasing under this resale agreement in the form of tangible personal property in the regular course of my business operations, and I will do so prior to making any use of the item(s) other than demonstration and display while holding the item(s) for sale in the regular course of my business. I understand that if I use the item(s) purchased under this certificate in any manner other than as just described, my wholesale contract with Lana Bella will be null and void effective immediately.*

By placing a wholesale order with Lana Bella you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason, including compatibility. Before ordering fromLana Bella, please be sure that your type of business/industry is cohesive to our brand and style.
