My passion is to provide you with truly natural products handmade with real ingredients that are safe for all living things. My products are biodegradable, cruelty free, and minimally packaged. I try to be mindful of every purchase I make to support fair trade, organic, and sustainable businesses wherever I can. I’m committed to protecting our environment by re-using boxes and packaging materials, using only reclaimed biodegradable packing peanuts, keeping printed materials & packaging to a bare minimum, and using reusable cloth rags for clean up rather than disposable paper towels.

Please be aware that Lana Bella is a one woman show, though I sometimes receive help from the wee ones in my life. My children come first; there may sometimes be delays due to illness or other family related reasons, and I apologize. I do my best to meet the needs of both family and work, but all products are made by my own two hands and sometimes there aren’t enough hours in the day.

Payment

I happily accept all the ways SHOPIFY allows me to accept. If you are local and need to pay in cash pease ,message me and we can work that out.

Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Custom or larger orders may take up to 7-14 days to be processed. If you need your order faster, please let me know and I will do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be given for orders taking longer to process or to be delivered to their final destination.

As often as possible I repurpose and reuse packaging from other sources. I try to live my life as greenly as possible and run my business the same way.

When your package is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail that will provide your shipping information, confirmation, and delivery tracking number. You should receive your order within 3-10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation. Please allow extra time for holidays and weekends.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product and risk of contamination, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products. I have pages listing the ingredients I use so that you may be aware of any ingredients that may cause sensitivities. All of my products have labels listing every ingredient used. Please don’t hesitate to e-mail me with a request for information about the ingredients of a particular item. Feel free to contact me to order samples if you are unsure about any possible reactions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I cannot guarantee that some of our products will not melt during shipping. It is best to order these items during the cooler months, October through May. Some products may sweat during shipping. This will not affect the product and can be easily washed or wiped away.

These products are not meant to treat medical conditions. The safety of these products has not been determined. The information and products, as well as some herbal ingredients provided on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. As with any skin care product, if rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
